Privacy Policy

1. Purpose

This Privacy Policy explains how CN Software LLC, dba Integration Plumbers ("Integration Plumbers," "we," "us," or "our") handles data in connection with our Grafana plugins (each, the "Plugin") distributed through the Grafana Labs Marketplace.

2. How the Plugin Works

The Plugin runs inside your own Grafana environment. It queries the systems you configure it to monitor and renders the results in your Grafana. Your operational data and any credentials you enter remain within your Grafana environment.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

In normal operation, we do not collect, store, or transmit your monitored data, metrics, credentials, or Grafana contents to our own servers.

4. Data We Process

4.1 Support Communications

When you contact us for support, we process the information you provide (such as your name, email, and the details of your request) to respond to and support you.

4.2 Billing

Purchases are handled by Grafana Labs as reseller and seller of record. We receive limited transaction and reporting information from Grafana Labs; we do not receive your payment-card details.

5. Data Retention

We retain support communications only as long as necessary to provide support, to improve our products, and to meet legal obligations.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the limited data we process.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data we hold about you (such as support communications). Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights.

8. International Processing

If you contact us from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States.

9. Policy Updates

Integration Plumbers reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Material changes to this policy shall be communicated to customers through reasonable means, such as email notification or publication in the documentation.
